2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment
Technical error during transaction
Course not accessible due to platform fault

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

Lack of usage
Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
Poor internet connectivity or user-side issues

4. Refund Request Credited

Reason for refund
Registered email ID

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel auto-renewal, but no refund will be issued for already billed periods.
